MAYOR BILL BARNETT

Mayor Bill Barnett was elected to the City of Naples and is a former local businessman. He attended the first-ever state and federal meeting of the Gulf of Mexico Alliance held at the Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve in June 2005.

His opening remarks will relate the role of the Alliance in supporting and complimenting local efforts.

Mr. Barnett spoke in the State of the Gulf Conference and the Red Tide Workshop.
